All stock items normally ship from one of our warehouses within 24 hours of receipt of payment. 

As soon as your item(s) have shipped, we'll aim to send you a Shipment Notification email that includes the carrier's name and a tracking number with a link to their website. If your order requires a more specialist logistics solution, detailed tracking information may not be readily available.

Marvo clearly includes all applicable customs and duties fees in the final price during the checkout process. From this point on Marvo takes full responsibility for handling all relevant paperwork and administrative tasks resulting from the purchase.
