VAT and duty charges explained
VAT will be charged at the local rate where appropriate, unless the customer possesses a valid exemption number or certificate that needs to be submitted during the checkout process. Customs and duty charges are applied during the checkout process as and where required.
You can find a full cost breakdown of your current and previous orders in the ‘Your orders’ section of your customer account. Within your account you will also have the option to download invoices, which will also clearly state all related costs.
