Do I need to pay customs fees?

All customs and duties will be calculated for you during the checkout process. This ensures that you don’t have to worry about unexpected customs charges once you have placed your order. All customs fees will be visible to you throughout the checkout process and will not be retrospectively added.

You can find a full cost breakdown of your current and previous orders in the ‘Your orders’ section of your customer account. Within your account you will also have the option to download invoices, which will also clearly state all related costs.
