Can I pay by bank transfer?
If you prefer to use a bank transfer as your payment method, you will be directed to the relevant page during the checkout process. Here, you will find instructions on the most efficient way to complete your order.
When paying by bank transfer, the availability of the items in your order cannot be guaranteed until payment has been received. Bank transfers can take up to 3 business days to process, during which time stock levels may change. In the unfortunate event that your chosen items are no longer available upon receipt of payment, you will be notified of the change and a full refund will be issued where necessary.
Payment is required within 14 days of your order being placed. Orders which remain unpaid beyond this point will be cancelled.
