Thumbs up to Rob for helping out with an urgent requirement we had on a Friday afternoon. The part we wanted was over in Europe and Rob went out of his way to get it ordered and on site here for the following Tuesday.

Extremely Helpful. Shipped me a replacement unit next day and i was up and running within 24 hours. Replacement new from machinery manufacturers was on a 7 day lead time.

Found the part we needed at the best price. Spoke to Rob to make sure the part was actually in stock, as many companies don't actually have the part available to ship. It was in stock ready and the part was checked and shipped and received within a couple of days from their German stock. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Excellent service partially from Mark who stayed late to ensure the part arrived with me same day as this was a critical part for me even though this was my first time using Marvo. I will defiantly be using again.
